While looking at houses, I didn't want things to drag out. She made things happen as quickly as I wished. She met me for house hunting less than 24 hours after calling her. We had capped house hunting for day one, but there was one house I wanted to see that she couldn't get a response from for a showing. Robyn and I had to part ways for the day. Fortunately she heard back from the sellers, and came right back out that same day, and showed me the house instead of waiting or being content with what we had already done. That ended up being the one. I would've lost out had it not been for Robyn.

I wanted to close in less than 30 days, and Robyn made that dream a reality. And right before the closing, Robyn's attention to detail and drive for excellence discovered the seller had somewhat cut a corner on one of our asks. Instead of letting it slide, Robyn become head advocate and made the impossible happen for me. I didn't even have to prompt her or ask her to escalate anything. She just made things happen. She saved the day and the closing that day, as she did throughout this process. It was nice to sit back and let someone else take the lead for once, and Robyn is definitely the epitome of a leader.

Robyn is someone I trust, and I won't buy or sell a house without her in my corner ever. I would recommend her to my coworkers or Army buddies without hesitation. I didn't think service or effort existed like this outside of the military on the civilian side. Robyn, from the bottom of my heart I thank you and thanks for all you did to help me realize my dreams!!!
